Our Resource Center offers information on issues relating to a sustainable food systems and it supports our programs with curricula. We lend print and audio-visual materials to the community, free of charge. The collection covers a broad range of sustainable food system topics emphasizing curricula that integrate environmental studies, agriculture, and nutrition with NYS Learning Standards.

The Resource Center contains the above material as well as reference works in these and other areas. We also have a general section covering subject areas in sustainable agriculture, community food security, food safety, biotechnology, organic farming, Community Supported Agriculture, and gardening. We also carry some videos, newsletters and journals, most of which are available to teachers and others for browsing and borrowing.

The attached bibliography lists resources that will be helpful to teachers, gardeners, and hope-to-be gardeners, who are either on the way or just beginning to garden with children. Please call us for more information or to make an appointment to see the whole collection.
